At Torvi, boarding begins 10 minutes prior to departure. This allows us to check-in everyone and depart on time.
Passengers are not required to have their conformation on hand but a photo ID will be required.
The maximum luggage allowance is (1) checked bag that does not exceed 56 Inch (height + width + depth) and (1) small personal item (backpack, laptop bag, purse, or similar)
No, Tovi does not allow pets of any kind in our vehicles.
Depending on availability, you can buy same-day tickets up to 35 minutes before scheduled departure.
Yes, a seat must be purchased for each infant or child. Children are prohibited from riding on a passenger's lap.

You’re welcome to snack on our vehicle. However, as a courtesy to the other passengers, we ask that you keep your area clean and clean up after yourself. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the vehicle (including checked baggage).
Life happens and we understand that your schedule itinerary may change. To ensure you change your reservation, easily contact us 2 hours prior to your departure time (subject to availability, charges may apply).
Once purchased, Torvi reservations cannot be canceled or refunded. However, they can be changed for another time if we are notified 2 hours prior to your departure time.
All passengers must be 18 or older to ride with Torvi. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Otherwise, they will not permitted to travel.
Parking is available in the surrounding areas of Tovi pickup/drop-off locations. Pickup/drop-off locations are solely meeting points, but Tovi is not affiliated in any way with the the venues at which we do pickups/drop-offs. Customers must follow the parking guidelines of these venues if they which to park at these locations.
