Terms and conditions

Please read this agreement carefully before using Torvi Enterprise, LLC web site. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of this website, purchasing a ticket and/or services through this website, use of a Torvi vehicle or other services. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes your agreement to be legally bound by them, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Torvi Enterprise. Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not purchase a ticket and/or services through this website, use a Torvi vehicle or any other services, or use this website..

Torvi Enterprise,LLC and its agents assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you take based on the information, services or other material on this site. While Torvi Enterprise,LLC strives to keep the information on this Site accurate, complete and up-to-date, Torvi Enterprise,LLC cannot guarantee, and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to, the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information.

Ticket

Fares are subject to change without notice. A $1.50 service fee is charged for all online reservations. This fee is charged to cover administration charges related to your reservation. Torvi Enterprise reserves the right to impose additional charges. Customers wishing to change a reservation must do so at least 2 hours prior to the departure time of the existing reservation. Tickets can be changed for another date and time and cancellation request must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the service (conditions and charges may apply).

All passengers are required to have a valid confirmed reservation. Passengers are required to present a valid reservation ID provided at the time of purchase, and official photo ID document for verification purposes, when boarding. If the ID is not shown when requested by the driver, the company reserves the right to refuse boarding. If Torvi Enterprise has reason to suspect the fraudulent use of a reservation, you may be denied transportation.

If the ticket is unused and/or if you miss your trip, no refund or compensation will be provided. If prices increase or decrease after the purchase, we will not charge or refund the difference in price.

Reservations with torvi.co may not be refunded or canceled except where Torvi Enterprise has materially failed in its delivery of the service offered by the site. Torvi Enterprise is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic or road conditions, weather or other causes over which it has no control. If the service is delayed by the mentioned external factors where Torvi Enterprise has no control refunds will not be provided.

Trip

Customers are required to be at their departure point at least 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time could lead to the forfeiture of your ticket, with no right of refund or credit. Dogs and other animals are not permitted on any Torvi service, with the exception of service animals, that must meet the definition and requirements set by the ADA.

Anyone under the age of 18 is considered a minor. Children ages 15 and under are not allowed on board without adult supervision (18+). A seat must be purchased for each infant, child, and adult. Placing an infant or child on another passenger’s lap is not permitted.

The vehicle only stop to pick up/drop off passengers in the different locations. It is not allowed to get out of the vehicle, with the only exception that the driver indicates it. If you leave without authorization, we are not responsible for missing the vehicle. Passenger must get on board at pick up location described on purchased ticket. No passenger will be allowed on board if departure location on ticket does not match actual pick up location of the passenger.

Passenger must remain seated for the entire duration of the trip. Torvi Enterprise reserves the right to admission. The driver is allowed to remove a passenger from the vehicle if the passenger presents a threat to other passengers or Torvi Enterprise employees. No smoking allowed on board at any time, it is prohibited by law. Alcohol, drugs, or weapons anywhere on the vehicle are not allowed and will not be tolerated. Passengers who violate this will be removed from the vehicle and will be subject to a fine.

All departure and arrival times are estimates and in no way guaranteed. Torvi will not be responsible for any divergence from the listed times.

Pickup/drop off

Pick-up and drop off locations are solely meeting points and is in no way affiliated with Torvi Enterprise. Parking at these locations is at your own risk. If parking is available make sure to adhere to that specific place rules and signs posted at each location regarding parking.


Luggage

Torvi does not check luggage or provide receipts for luggage transported on the vehicle by the passenger. Please make sure to clearly identify each piece of luggage with your name and phone number. Torvi Enterprise will accept up to one (1) piece of luggage per passenger reservation, such luggage must not exceed 56 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height). Passengers can also take on board one (1) small personal item bag that will fit under the seat or carried by the passenger on their seat.

Please be advised that passengers wishing to travel with more luggage than specified above may have items refused prior to boarding. No refunds will be issued in respect of travel plans canceled by the customer as a result of their excess luggage being refused. The Torvi vehicles have limited space for luggage, for this reason we recommend he passengers to not show up at boarding with excess luggage.

Personal belongings inside the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Torvi Enterprise is not liable for its loss or damage. The operator and Torvi Enterprise will have no liability for any items left unattended.

Prohibited items: acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials, material with a disagreeable odor, matches, Compressed Air Guns, Gun Powder, Swords.

Safety

The vehicles operated by Torvi Enterprise may be equipped with recording equipment for Torvi staff and passenger safety. Video and audio recordings may be viewed at any time for any reason by Torvi Enterprise staff. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and/or boarding a vehicle with such equipment, shall constitute consent to any such recordings, and their use.

Site and Changes

In order to make reservations using the payment method displayed on this website, you must be 18 years of age or over. By using torvi.co you confirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into the conditions of use for this site, including instructing us to collect any payments from a credit card, and to use this site in accordance with all these terms and conditions. You also confirm that all information supplied by you in using this site is true and accurate.

Torvi Enterprise, may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this Site, or terminate this Site, at any time without notice. Torvi Enterprise may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the new modified agreement.
